I believe processes come before automation, and good requirements create better solutions. ERP implementation is not just software configuration — it starts with understanding how a business actually works.
I work on business process analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping and Odoo ERP configuration — across retail, distribution and manufacturing contexts.
On every project, I start by understanding the existing process, identify the underlying problems, then design the solution through functional and technical specifications and manage the implementation.
My background in software development (Python, Django, PostgreSQL) gives me a deeper technical understanding of how Odoo works under the hood, letting me bridge the business and technology sides of a project.
